ViewSonic VA720 17" LCD MonitorStrengths: great color and visuals Weakness: discoloration when booting up great monitor, its well worth the cost, and the size is great. the color is very vibrant, just when its bootin up, its not the same color, but once on its great. i've had no problems with it, other than when i had it hooked up through an A/B swithc, u lose a lot of the color. i'd def. recommend it, and purchase it again, which i might do and do a dual monitor

ViewSonic VA720 17" LCD MonitorStrengths: conserves space. Weakness: shipped with dead pixels. I have purchased to viewsonic LCDs, a 17in. and 15in. , both had dead pixels (annoying blue or bright green dots) that don't disapper. I could handle the blue one, but the green one I can't get over. Come on Viewsonic, you know these monitors are defective, but yet you continue to ship them. Do you think it is a coincidence that you are the only manufacturer that has a "must have more than 3 dead... Advertisement

Strengths: Great color & detail. Good value for the size. I have it attached to my laptop and it is quite an improvement.
Weakness: None so far.
Recommended for the everyday user. Easy on the eyes good color good detail. Good Price. Easy to install. Easy to use. Good value for what you get.
