Good but not quite what I was expectingStrengths: Nice product for 2x1GB, cost is decent Weakness: Not as fast as 4x512 value memory I bought these with a new system in mind. But I also wanted to use them in my existing motherboard. The odd thing is that these DIMMS ended up slower in my existing MB than the value memory (2.5ns) that I had in there before. My hopes are that this isn't an indicator of how well these might perform on the new MB.

Excellent Value, Stability, PerformanceStrengths: Timings, performance, stability, price. Weakness: Wide body of the heat spreaders might not fit on motherboards with very tight DIMM arrangements. This is an excellent set of RAM that I am absolutely thrilled with. I was using 2x256MB+512MB for 1GB total in my system, the nice Geil Golden Dragon chips with decent timings. Those chips were nice, but playing a lot of Battlefield 2 and also being a heavy multitasker (software dev, movie encoding, 50+ web pages at once), I jumped when I saw these sticks go up on MonarchComputer.com for $245,...

It has very good timings at 2-3-2-5, and comes with Platinum heat spreaders. The price is a little steep, but I guess you get what you pay for. I installed this in my PowerMac G5 dual 2.0 GHz (8 RAM slots), and now World of Warcraft runs so smoothly. Great MemoryStrengths: Fast, looks This memory looks very cool with the platinum heat spreaders. It installed with no problems on my Asus A8n Premium. Runs cool and fast. I can't say if they are any better then other brands. I bought it mainly due to the rebate. But it is comparable to the Corsair XMS that I normally buy.

Excellent!Strengths: This memory is great. Installed cleanly, no problems. Battlefield 2 no longer stutters. BF2 also used to sit there paging for several minutes when I exited the game - now it just immediately exits. Weakness: Only that I could only afford 2GB :) For great memory performance, there is no other kind of RAM. This stuff will help carry your computer into the next generation of high performance games coming out. Bring them on!

Nice sticksStrengths: Looks great. Tight timmings and OCZ life time warrenty. They have great customer support and they have employees that frequent forums I belong to for added support. Weakness: Could OC better The price of these is pretty much in line for what I think OCZ quality ram should be. I got a $25 MIR with mine. I play BF2 much better with 2 of RAM. typically I use between 1.2 and 1.3 GB of ram which would make you think 1.5 GB is okay. ITs not always.... Strengths: Beautiful platinum finish on the heat spreader, fast stock setting of 2-3-2-5 at 2.6v, built to overclock, handles 1GB games like a dream
Weakness: Typical cheesy 'warranty void if removed' sticker is an eyesore on a work of art.
