AMD Athlon XP 2200+ (1.80GHz, 256KB, 266MHz, Socket...

Strengths: This Athlon XP 2200+ is fast and stable.

Weakness: This processor seems to run warm... it is installed in smallish case with a slim-profile HSF, and the proc is partially covered by the power supply. It hasn't caused any problems though.

Purchased from www.pcprogress.com, best price on PriceGrabber, with free and fast shipping. Used to build inexpensive barebones based on K7VME mobo, 512mb ram, 40gb hd.
