Best flat iron...short life spanStrengths: quick hair styling; smooth silky hair Weakness: short life span Bought the original Chi in a salon for $150 in 2005 and it worked great. It suddenly "broke" down in May 2009 - maybe because forgot to unplug and turn off after three hours! I was heartbroken. It was the best flat iron ever!
