Ordered a laptop from them and also some logo merchandise from their site. Received rebate check from laptop 2 weeks after sent out! Also laptop performs amazingly and the logo merchandise is cheap and high quality. Customer service is quick to respond. |

My best buy ever by far. I received a Super-monster computer for the price of a tomato can. Shipping perfect, customer support perfect, machine perfect. I'm happy!!! Buying Refurbished products from these guys is like buying new!! Not even a microscopic scratch. Long live HP!! Five stars is an understatement. |

I much prefer dealing with HP, which gives price/quotes in a straightforward manner. This is unlike sites like Gateway and Dell, which are masters of the "bait and switch," and padding the total. |

First time to use it. It was pretty straight forward. I didnt like how they could not give me the amount of tax I'm supposed to be paying but other than that everything went perfectly. |

The sight was very clear and very well-laid out.It was very easy to find the product I wanted to buy and I am very glad that I did order it. The pricing was very nice!
