The details about shipping were not as clear as they could have been...it says normally ships within 3 to 5 days but when checking the tracking information, it never told me if the item was sent or not. We knew it had been shipped when received it. The morning that we received the ring, your website tracking information still only said that the item was in stock and ready to be shipped. Otherwise, we have been satisfied. |

My experience with Ashford has been excellent. The only thing is that the bag I purchased does not look as nice as I expected. It looks very nice from the web photo. But when I receive it, I found it smaller than I thought and with material not as nice as I thought. That is the problem of web shopping. One does not get to check and touch and examine the product. |

There was no indication that this item is in stock. I guess I will have to wait to receive an email confirmation of the order. Also, it would be helpful if the watch deminisions were not reported in metrics. I have no idea how "mm" translates to inches. |

I wish they have 360 degree view of the merchandise and much detailed pictures. I paid extra for a 2-day shipping but I was having the hardest of receiving my package though. The customer service was not able to provide adequate help/option. |

I have investigated the taxes and shipping fees per e-mail. When I ordered it the taxes were not on the confirmation! It is a pitty that the "Rolex give away" and other sweeping are not available for international customers. It is a pitty that the other promotions(free shipping etc.) are not available for international customers The international zip code is not valid |

The different shipping rates at the checkout was terrific. All web sites should have as many options as there were on this one. I would have liked to have a choice of gift wrap, or at least see what the gift wrap looks like before choosing it. |
