I love BOSE products and the fact that they have a zero finance option is great I keep caming back. Is a good product but the prices should be more affordable. |

The product video would only go part of the way through and then stop. You could not view the entire product video. Had a problem with the delivery. UPS did NOT do a good job with this and Bose was not real helpful either. |

Was not able to print the terms and conditions. It said you could print them by I did not see anything to allow you to print them. Maybe missed it but it should be more obvious. |
