I hate that they do not show total costs to start with. Spending 50% more by the time you check out. Next time I will go with a local florist. |

I selected the flowers and the price and the delay in delivery to save money. In ordering info there were diff prices for delivery on those days. I selected a no price delivery option but was charged anyway a $9.99 del charge and a handling charge, neither of which were listed. They make it difficult to do business with since they are not upfront and so I will not do business with ProFlowers. |

I have used this company a few times before... This was the LAST time. They screw you over on fees. You can get the same items at many different vendors, but I used them because of having used them before. FEES, FEES, FEES. If you want the deilvery in the morining - ADD another $14.99 Standard Delivery (not shown anywhere before payment) $9.98 Valentines Day delivery (not shown anywhere before payment)- $4.99 Care & Handling - $2.99 They then charge sales tax on the delivery, Valentines Day delivery, Care and Handling. There was no option to cancel the order; got sent in circles, so finally gave up. NEVER AGAIN !! |

you ripped me off. all the hiddin fees i wanted standard delivery and they charged me 14.99 anyway. oh, thanks for the free vase... not.. never again, and i will be calling the BBB. |

All of the add-ons are a ripoff. Even though I have received beautiful flowers from them in the past, I won't do this again. I will mail early or look up a local florist and call them. There was no mention of a $10 charge for VDay delivery and I was ordering ahead of that day. $15 shipping and handling on top of that. The whole order was $30 more than the original cost. If I chose a different vase, it would be at least another $10. |

This was a surprise. Just like the airlines, this vendor has a boatload of undisclosed fees. You get to see the following fees AFTER you confirm your order. No problems with Std Delivery and Tax Standard Delivery $14.99 Rush Delivery $4.99 Guaranteed Valentine's Day Delivery $4.99 Care & Handling $2.99 Tax: $4.78 |

Though I was able to use a Radio Code to purchase roses for my wife on Valentines Day, the promo is misleading... makes one think they are getting a dozen roses, candy, a stuffed bear, and spa treatments for only $49.99. After Standard Shipping and tax and everything else is added, the total comes out to a whopping $83.60! If I would have known this ahead of time, I would not have ordered. Will not order from ProFlowers again... unless I am given a discount or free shipping... |

didn't like that the "special" was for 29.99 that included vase and chocolates. however, the vase that is pre-selected is 9.99. you have to go back to select the free vase but they charge you extra handling for it. then when you check out there is a delivery fee and a guaranteed delivery fee. by the time all the extras are added the 29.99 is 60 bucks. to me this is a little misleading. |

The shipping charges were highway robbery, I ordered 60.00 worth of stuff and was charged 63.00 total for the shipping. Seriously? next time i'll be going to pick up the flowers myself from a local shop. Yes it's convenient but it's not like we don't have other options. They wouldn't even bundle the shipping, I ordered 2 things going to the same address and was charged the same shipping on both. |

You did a great job of hiding the $14.99 Valentines Day delivery- effectively doubling the delivery charge. The radio cupon was rejected for unknown reasons. Not nearly the "deal" as advertised. And now I will be swamped with tons of junk emails. |

ProFlowers isn't upfront about all charges. Too many hidden costs: charge for delivery, care and handling, guaranteed delivery, vase... You don't find out most until after you've entered your credit card info. Not cool. I'm not likely to return. |

I keep using Pro Flowers because they have always been an upfront company. Even when weather causes delivery issues, they take care of it promptly. No hassel. When I got my beautiful flowers and vase, they were amazing. and still look amazing. I am very pleased. |

$19.99 turned into $49.17, the extra's such as vase, delivery, guaranteed day delivery,care and handling. You forgot to include your LUNCH! talk about scams! What if they didn't reduce the price of the actual flowers? I don't like getting to the final screen and finding the"HIDEN CHARGES" It would be a lot smarter to say $49.17 all included. LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THIS SITE. PLEASE REMOVE ALL MY INFO FROM YOUR SITE AND DATA STORAGE. From now on I will use local florist! |

only problem I found was not knowing about all the tax's and extra shipping cost till the end. changed my order cuz it went from 29.99 to $53. had a limit and that exceeded it. just show every charge before customer enters all payment info |

Overall, the experience was not good. Placing the order was easy enough, but I wasn't able to make changes to my order after I made my selections. I don't like that you can't see your total charges until the end. And finally, I had no idea what the shipping charges were going to be (and they turned out to be almost as much as the items) until after I made my selections. At that point, the only thing I was able to do was remove the morning delivery charge. This lack of transparency is disingenuous. As a first-time user of the service, I was very disappointed that I felt deceived about the shipping charges. |

The advertizement clearly states that NORMAL delivery was for Valentine's Day, but on checkout, I'm charged an additional $4.99 for "rush delivery", and an additional $4.99 for "guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery"; basicially getting the screws put to me for an additional $10 for no reason! In addition, while filling out the sender's information it informs me that their address isn't in the company's database, so I'll be lucky if it gets there on time, if at all; I've had other items sent with no problem, so we'll see. |
