OCZ MemoryStrengths: Fast, cheap Weakness: none Lifetime warranty from reputable company. Works well, hasn't broken down yet. Cheap. Compatible with Dimension 4700, although, from what I know, this model's 800 Mhz FSB cannot use the memory (533 MHz dual channel) to its full capacity, so you might as well go with the cheaper PC-3200. Excellent productStrengths: Works with Dell 8400 Weakness: none This is the lowest cost DDR2 PC4200 memory I can find for my Dell 8400. Bought a pair of them and works fine with the Dell. No compaint at all. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

OCZ Technology 512MB PC4200 DDR2 DIMM MemoryStrengths: Reputable company, Lifetime warranty, great price. Installed easily into my Dell and performs flawlessly in all demanding apps & on memtest. Weakness: None. I'm happy these sticks are engineered to operate reliably without requiring heatsinks. Being familiar with OCZ from previous use of their products, I purchased a pair of these memory sticks from Monarch 2 1/2 months ago. OCZ RAM is a great choiceStrengths: Reliable; No Compatibility issues so far; Great price; Lifetime warranty. Weakness: No heatsink. I'm using a pair of this RAMs in my Dell Dimension 4700, very reliable, no any crashes so far. 4-4-4-8 CAS timing is not bad for a 533MHz DDR2 RAM too. Lifetime warranty is common now but still not all RAMs come with it, I'm glad this OCZ RAM has it. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

OCZ RAM is always reliable and affordableStrengths: Reliable. Lifetime warranty. Affordable price. Weakness: No heatsink. Cas timing (4-4-4-8) is just so so. Just like I expected. Easy to install and no any conflicts. Good quality product from a great company. I have used OCZ RAMs several times and I have never experienced any issues. OCZ Technology 512MB DDR2 SDRAM Memory ModuleStrengths: The price (offered with a 15 dollar rebate this July 4th weekend) can't be beat! Easy to install, goes right into my Dell 4700 for a fraction of the usual cost. Fast, from reliable company. Weakness: None so far :) This RAM is 533Mhz: Keep in mind that this memory will run at your lower speed RAM if you have slower memory already installed. DDR2 keeps going down in price. Keep your eye on Monarch Computers and you're sure to score a good deal ;)I don't understand dual channel, but have heard that many people use this memory to set their systems up this way. OCZ Technology 512MB DDR2 SDRAM Memory Module
Strengths: OCZ name brand. 533Mhz is essential for DDR2. Lifttime warranty.
Weakness: The package is kind of too economic.
OCZ is a big name in memory and that's why I bought a pair. No problem to run @533Mhz with dual channel enabled. Everything looks good up till now. However, this memory uses small memory chips on the PCB, which is different from the large memory chips I saw from Hynix and other DDR/DDR2 memory sticks. Don't if it is a bonus or a weakness.
