Good cartridge, small capacity.Strengths: Inexpensive compared to other cartridges, good quality Weakness: Small Cartridge Capacity It's a genuine HP cartridge. Compared to other brands this is cheap to replace, but the capacity is only a little over half of comparative models. The need for this cartridge is really based on your printer, and this is a replacement for mostly compact model printers. 100% of readers found this review helpful. HP (Hewlett-Packard) No. 27 Black Ink CartridgeStrengths: Easy installation, good quality Weakness: slightly more expensive than generics This inkjet cartridge was not MANDATORY for using the new HP 3740 inkjet printer I bought. However, by adding this optional black cartridge to the included color cartridge, quality is quite good. I can't say it is exactly equivalent to 'laser' , but much better than what I was used to. Weakness: None I have been extremely happy with the HP Products that I have purchased, and have high expectations that I will continue to enjoy HP products. I bought and am doing a review on the Black Ink cartridge. It does everything I expcet it to do. HP (Hewlett-Packard) No. 27 Black Ink CartridgeStrengths: Great print quality. Weakness: Short life span. Somewhat expensive ($18.74 at W-M). I just picked this up today as a replacement for my other HP 27 cartridge. My other cartridge lasted only about a month and a half. As such, I am not very happy with the life span of the cartridge, especially considering that I am not doing a lot of heavy duty printing. Given the cost of these cartridges, I could very well spend close to $160 over the course of a year, which is utterly ridiculous. Did you find it helpful or unhelpful? Top

HP (Hewlett-Packard) No. 27 Black Ink CartridgeStrengths: Good quality of ink plus lot of paper can be printed with one cartrige Weakness: Not availble on common places like sam's club, and the promotions of 2 for 1 discount its just available in the HP web page As i said above the ink should be more commercial because give you more papers printed than any other that i have used. In five to six months, I have had no problem with print quality, cartridge error or plugged nozzles. No smear, crisp print and long lasting seem to characterize this cartridge. Strengths: good quality
Weakness: when i bought this, it was little bit expensive(about $16).
Overall, it was little bit expensive, but it works fine and has good quality.
You'd better use original HP ink, not refilled one. I received this only 3 days later and it was free shipping.
