Very Good

Strengths: Awesome looks, nice interior design, easy to work with, lots of room, quiet, great connectors, door can be removed, door hinge can be switched to the other side, good cable management

Weakness: PRICE, Heavy, runs a tad warm compared to other high quality computer cases

Overall, this case is a very good case that has many strengths. The couple weaknesses are, its price and its running temperature. Well, the temperature is nowhere near dangerous levels but it is warm compared to the Antec's P180, which is cheaper but I think less cool. I believe that cases can be reused and because this case is made of such high quality, I think the money is worth it.

Quality case

Strengths: Very good quality, sturdy, lots of room, padding to dampen the noise.

Weakness: expensive

EDIT: I have since revised my rating, below is my original review, but read my reply for my updated comments.

This is a nice case. Whether its worth the money could be debatable. I got mine with a good coupon. Mine came with an extra fan to mount on top of the hard drive bay to cool off the drives. I like how the power supply has its own source of air separate from the rest of the case. It has filters for the two air inlets, which are nice, but my front filter doesn't pull out easy (but it just may be mine doing that).

The padding on the sides of the case help to quiet the noises down. Although you can still hear noise coming out the back due to there not being insulation there, along with air holes.

The case is nice and gives a lot of room to install things. I wouldn't call the case gigantic like some people claim... and I was able to lift it just fine... maybe I'm just used to the weight of the steel cases. My previous mid tower case is steel also.

Just an update after using this for a while now. If I had to do it over again, I definitely would not buy this case.

Its overpriced, and I'm getting a constant humming vibration sound. Its coming from my drives (which this case supposedly is able to prevent with its rubber grommets). Its VERY annoying, and is driving me insane.

The front plastic plates covering where 5.25" drives go, also will rattle if they touch... I'm constantly having to move them to get them to stop vibrating.

You also will hear noises coming out the back and top fan vents. No matter how much insulation a case has, it still going to have noise. Which almost makes getting it pointless.

CoolerMasters support is also just horrid. When I original got my case, the power button kept sticking. They had me fill out an RMA form, and never again did they ever reply back to me after several emails. Other people have reported a sticking power button also.

For as much as this case costs, this is ridiculous. My previous generic mid tower case I had much quieter running than this one.

Sorry for my rant, but I'm tired of wasting money all the time anymore.

I should add, its not a constant humming noise. Sometimes I can get it so that its quiet. Then other times it comes back for whatever reason. Maybe my case was damaged during shipment, I don't know.

It is nice looking, just overpriced in my opinion.

very nice

Strengths: well constructed, good air flow, nice looking. the manual is easy to understand.

Weakness: price? The optional hardrive fan is extra?

I went from a mid tower to this one. This case has everything I was looking for. I like the drive bays and the way they make the installation so easy. overall, this case is very nice. The included hardware was a plus. easy install.

Cosmos 1000 great case

Strengths: Size (if you have space for it) Looks ( oh yeah, although i wish it had the COSMOS S (RC-1100) side panel)

Weakness: Price ( it´s a bit high)

I got my case about 1 1/2 ago, and i still like it alot, everyone that looks at it is always with wonder.
I installed a big cooler for the cpu (ocz vendetta2) and i did not have any problem with it. Using 4 disks at the moment and no temperature problems.
In my opinion it lacks the hole on the side, the back of the motherboard, in order to install more complex cpu coolers.
Nowdays (in respect to cooling) i took the "door" out and place a 120" fan pushing the air in, so the cooler and back fan force the air out. It runs pretty smooth. (of course you can not use the door for that effect)

I belive the only con with it, must be the price, because in terms of weight (a full tower case, is not suppose to be mobile) and temperature is not an issue (ocing a q6600 to 3.0ghz).

That is all

Great Case

Strengths: Well constructed, great fans, plenty of room. Absolutely the best case I've ever purchased.

Weakness: none, unless you consider weight a con.

This case is beautifully made, with easy release side panels, large interior, and lots of fans. Extra USB ports are on the top for easy access. Also has great handles for moving your computer around.

Quiet, cool, classy, get it while you can

Strengths: This case runs quieter and cooler than the Antec P180, it's roomy and well built, and looks great too. Could be the last case I ever buy.

Weakness: It's BIG (almost 24" deep) so check your space before you buy. And it's heavy (37 lbs empty without power supply), but that's part of why it's so quiet.

The lower fan can be moved to the top of the hard drive cage for better HDD cooling. Just unsnap it and snap it into the slots in the new location. The CoolerMaster support site has instructions with pictures too.

Buy now! Prices are coming down to make way for the Cosmos 1010. The 1010 adds support for NVidia ESA (for fan control) and side vents, at the expense of both noise and looks.

What a big case!

Strengths: beautiful cases! It's sturdy outside and inside. Nice price on sale! with handles and make it easy to move

Weakness: It is a heat resource, better put it somewhere with more open space

All i have to say is this is really a very Big heavy case with very large room to work with. One feature i like it most is its sound isolating material on the side panels. I have 4 fans running for cooling but i can not hear too much noise, it's fairy quiet! I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it to those who are looking for building up a super computer of their own.
