Conpany Of Heroes

Strengths: Great Graphics

Weakness: Small Maps with limited places to go

This is a decent game well worth 40$, if you like Dawn Of War this game is for you. Theres a good campain but some mission tend to be fairly long, some take over an hour and a half.

The Best RTS Game

Strengths: Life-like Graphics, Very Cool Sound Effects...AI engine is ahead of the competition.

Weakness: Campaign is limited to 15 Missions....I know World War 2 did not happen that fast. Finished the game in a week.

I've been an RTS afficionado ever since Dune 2 back in early 90's...I've been a fan mostly of Westwood Studios starting with C&C and own all RTS releases. THQ has done a very good job in thinking this up and am sure had put a lot in developing Company of Heroes. It is really the best compared to all RTS I own. I am really looking forward in the release of an expansion pack/extension...

I just wish they could have provided more Campaigns in the game. What abput Pearl Harbor, Japan, Battle at Leyte Gulf, Iwo Jima. There is so much potential.

The best of 2006

Strengths: Immersive, well-designed, great graphics

Weakness: I don't have enough time to play it very often.

This game is so much fun, the tutorials alone were very fun to me. The graphics are amazing, I had a lot of fun just watching the graphics test in the options menu. Worth the price.

A very realistic game

Strengths: The AI is much more realistic than previous games. Damage to buildings is more realistic. Battlefield damage is realistic.

Weakness: Needs a lot of computer and graphics power

Your computer team mates can think, they use cover and other tactics like a real person. You can wear down cover using light weapons. Explosions, damage, etc., is all more realistic.
I've seen it played on a better computer than mine, now I'll have to save up to upgrade my computer.

Company of Heroes

Strengths: Everything RTS. Even plays well with a dialup modem.

Weakness: Can't fight teams of the same Army. (Axis vs Axis, Allies vs Allies) Takes a beast of a machine to run it on its best settings.

Last week I held a LAN party for a group of newbs. Because they had older PC's, we had to play an old classic named Starcraft. This game is now 10 yrs old and these guys that played were blown away. Company of Heroes is of this quality. It will have a 10 yr plus life span. In fact, I think it may have actually bumped Starcraft out of that special place in my heart. (Sorry Jimmy) This is the best looking and sounding RTS to date. If any game is going to make these guys upgrade, its COH! Be sure to patch your game when you buy it, just log on to relic online. Also update your video drivers. Enjoy!

THQ Company of Heroes

Seller claims that game will work at 512 memory. IT DID NOT !!
Called manufacturer of game & had me change some virtual memory numbers. Still did not work. Emailed them 2 weeks ago with no answer. Others have said that I neeed to purchase more memory. While others say it won't solve the problem.
I'm stuck ! Don't know what to do to run game.

Company of Heroes

Company of Heroes may not sound original or that intriguing when you look at its box art. It essentially is another World War II-themed video game – that’s right another war-based video game. Not much new right? Well, not so fast. What Company of Heroes has going for itself is the simple fact it was developed by Relic. Relic is the brilliant minds behind Company of Heroes. If you have no clue...
